Scam please don't buy it

Digitronix stole 248 dollars from me. They did not clean out my computer, they hacked it instead. After the service they got into my email and then accessed my Facebook and completely logged me out. They changed all the passwords and phone numbers. I honestly should have known it was a hack when they told me to get myself some water and relax. When they working on my computer for 20min God knows doing what. They state that you have to call them every 120days to check and make sure ur computer wasn't scammed all of it was a lie the number is incorrect. In rings and does not even all u to leave a voicemessage

I noticed on my bank statement a CC charge of $349 to Digitronix. I don't know who this is or what they do. I cannot find a telephone number for them. Very annoying.

I got a call from Rachel with Digitronix yesterday. She said my computer had a virus, and I could buy some virus protection. She asked for remote control of my computer. She charged my Discover credit card $498.00 for 2 years of virus protection.
