I bought a new TV and was activating

The set and Digitalizze.co pops up and I thought it was the tv company asking for my credit card information. And I realized I made a mistake and at that time the skip function was temporally disabled.

When I got the email from this people, I knew I became a victim.

The tv program I was looking at was SamSung plus TV, which is free.

Next billing date is after 5 days which is Feb 4th, 2023.

39$ per month.

I received nothing.

amazon fire stick activation redirects you to digitalizze.co (country not known). It was not obvious there was a "5day" trial then it would automatically go to 39.95. To cancel was difficult, but got done. My user name and password for fire stick was in their possession and displayed in their unsecure email.

I was in a business training and we were asked to scan a QR code for a business application. I did so and was taking right away to what I thought was the appropriate screen but instead it was a scam screen asking for my business email address, name, and eventually my credit card number. A message indicating the credit card would only be used to insure that the appropriate region would be used for the application I would be needing to use as part of my business. Once entered, I was taken to a different screen showing music and videos. I backed out and attempted to cancel or erase everything but I could not - the screen would not erase or delete the credit card information. There was a purchase made that same date on my credit card and the company flagged it. Additionally, I rec'd an email from the 'support' department of the Digitalizze.co organization which had a number wherein I could call and cancel my subscription. I did call that number and a female told me my account was cancelled, no charges were incurred and the charge should disappear from VISA.

I went to purchase tickets for my daughter's high school basketball game through GoFan using a QR code provided by the school. I must have clicked on a wrong link somewhere where it asked for my credit card number. Instead of basketball tickets I received an email saying thank you for my subscription. They made 2 small charges to my credit card and attempted a larger charge of $39.95, which was declined by the credit card company. The email I received read as follows:

In the process of setting up my new LG streaming TV with my cell phone on January 18, 2023, I suddenly received a text message from my credit card company for an unusual charge in the amount of $39.95 from a company namely HOB-A.COM. Then, I noticed that an e-mail was sent to me from DIGITALIZZE.CO dated January 18, 2023, as follows:

"Thank you! Your access to digitalizze.co is waiting for you! Your 5-day free trial of digitalizze.co has been activated, giving you unlimited access to sports, movies, music, audiobooks and more.

To access with your details

To access the portal, you must lot in with your e-mail and password.

After reading the above e-mail, I immediately contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge ($39.95) which I DID NOT give any consent for such charge. Also, my credit card company helped cancel my credit card and sent me a replacement card to prevent from any additional charges from this company or its associates. Also, I did NOT bother to log in to their website as instructed to 'manage my account' - such as cancellation since I believe it is just another CON.
