They had a sponsored ad on Instagram being pushed over through Facebook, posing to be the brand Aerie. I shopped through the Instagram app and only noticed it wasn’t Aerie after completing my order and seeing the url bar refresh to dieuko.com. As soon as they sent me a confirmation email, I replied to it 3 times requesting a refund and threatening to report them to my bank, police and the FTC. They responded to my email from the same address ([email protected]) signing off as the Customer Service Team (of no particular brand) and they did refund my card. After the refund they sent me another email stating that I should have received it, this time from the “After Sales Team” ([email protected])
