I received a fb friend request and then messenger from Suzy Thompson Walker. I asked her how I knew her, she said through business and friends in Greensboro. She told me about this Community Block Grant businesses could apply for to help with debt. She told me to get in touch with Claudine Hicks, Dept of Commerce to start the process and then gave me an aol.com email. I asked for her Dept of Commerce email address. She didn’t have it, told me I could look up Claudine on FB. She had like 6 friends. I reached out to the aol account, asked for a more legit way to get in touch through a govt email or application. She said their sight was down for maintenance and that she can prescreen me if I’d send all the pertinent info to her at her aol account at which time then she could send the legal and legit documents. She asked for everything but my social security number; name, address, dob, mother’s maiden name, mortgage amount, how many years at my job, etc. I did not give this information but said I would notify the ScamPulse.com to verify her program.
