I contacted them from their website as a plan to ghost write a book. The pressure came as I was negotiating a price. I looked up the address on google and it was a derelict building. I contacted a pet groomers beside that address and they told me it was a scam and that a 70 yr old man had his life savings stolen by them with a promise of writing his memoirs. The man I spoke with is Arthur.

I was looking for a ghostwriting company. I had entered my information so that Delta Ghostwriting could contact me. I was initially contacted by text message, then after the agreement that he (Alex was his name) could call my phone whereby we could talk further about what I was looking for.

After the phone call, he emailed my the contract and NDA for me to sign, and their company profile information to look at.

I asked if I was supposed to pay the full amount up front or if it would be a as per piece completed then percentage of payment was due? I was told that due to the price being discounted that I had to pay in full up front. (I had looked at other sites and payment was only due at time each progress piece was completed).

I signed the contract and NDA and emailed them back to him. I clicked the link for payment, but I did not complete it. I decided I would look at trying to find credible sources for this company first before I sent the money. I saw on their website that they could be followed on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. So I looked them up on Facebook first and noticed that they had only just joined December 2021, and there was no comments on any of their posts. I then clicked the LinkedIn link on their website and it took me to Twitter, which had the warning that that account was being restricted due to unusual activity, I then went to my LinkedIn app, and searched for their name, and found nothing. I then went on to this site ScamPulse.com to see if they were either a registered business with ScamPulse.com or is they were mentioned in a scam, and the business name did not come up for either. So my conclusion is that this is a scam as I can not find them anywhere other than their website.
