I purchased a body shaper and it arrived fine - however the size could not have been more incorrect - based on reviews I ordered 2 sizes larger than my normal size and I couldn’t even pull it over my knees. When I went to return they told me fine but the address was prohibitive to this because I would own the cost and rather they would offer me 15% off the product and would I consider this and just keeping the product. They did not provide an address.

I told them no I just wanted to return and please send me the address. They then offered 20% off and encouraged me to keep the product. They did provide an address but it is not valid in an address checker - there are valid pieces but incomplete and no company name was listed. I have asked for them to provide the valid company name to allow it to pass customs but have not heard back as of yet.

I have seen multiple company names they operate under since starting this:

This is the address they provided for return and submitting this because I saw someone else reported similar situation for a different product.
