I ordered a new treadmill and was sent a low quality “Christmas themed” one instead of what I had ordered. After pointing out the mistake initially believing I was sent the wrong thing they doubled down and told me I was wrong but when I showed proof they stopped responding to me and it’s been days since anyone has contacted me back.

I purchased a treadmill from this company. It was defective and I returned it. Upon receiving the return, the company has still not refunded me. It has been three weeks of waiting for my refund and waiting for them to have an answer as to why they haven't refunded me yet. Bank transfers don't take that long. I could have been mailed a physical check by now.
