Well an Hispanic man since me letter. It was about Smart pay bill I once had. I called this company January Collection agency, but no one called back. So I called Smartpay. Smartpay keeps telling me that they Don't have any record of an old bill I had 2 years ago.

This person has attempted to contact me at addresses I havent lived at in over 20 years, and multiple ex-family members. They have harrassesed and threatened me. Told me I committed fraud. Said it was a federal case. Mandatory that I appear and the county they told my ex husband they were out of I contacted that court clerk and there is not a case against me.

These people told me I had outstanding debts and was about to be taken to court if I didn’t pay them. Was told that they are calling for client and that if I didn’t pay, they would move forward in filing with the court. I had multiple numbers calling me about multiple balances. This is really messed up.
