The kirkland law group kept calling my husband's phone number looking for me, when i got to the phone to talk the guy he claimed to be from kirkland law group, gave me a reference ID number and an 877 number to call and tried to set up an appointment time for "our driver who will be wearing a blue jacket to serve you papers" and he said that i must sign for these papers. Then another different local number called my husband's number again about 2 hours after the first call we didn't answer this time and he left a message saying the driver was on his way. But this is 3-4 hours before the already spoken appointment time. The guy on the phone told me he couldn't say what the served papers would be about just that they've been hired since I've been eluding the previous attempts. Ive searched my name in every county court i could think of (counties I've previously lived) and there is nothing out there with my name on it. I find the weirdest part is that they are calling my husband's phone but not my phone.
