Dealer Services Reports & Reviews (29)

I have received these #'s since 4-25-2018 starting 7:10 Am and often 5-6 times a day. Same scam but different numbers. They are trying to sell me a warranty protection on a car I haven't owned for 5 years.

Receiving calls starting at 7am most weekdays. Call several times a day, say they are adding me to their do not call list, but continue to receive calls. Dillon Thompson, Maria, and Ashley are the 3 people who continually call, many times the same person calls within 10 minutes again. This has to stop, there must be some way we can protect ourselves from these goofballs.

The callers will call from dealer services offering to sign me up for car warranty. I have requested many times not to be called again. They will not give me a number to call to talk to a manager or director or even point me to a website. They call at least three times a day and can be up to six times. About every month they change phone numbers, but it is constant. I feel like they could be taking advantage of older people who do not understand what is going on. It is certainly hard on me since I use my phone for work and their number is the same area code of my customers and the same area code of my kids school. I cannot not answer the phone and I get this company harassing me on the end of the line.

I have received a couple of voice messages telling me that there is still time to purchase an automobile warranty. When I called 855-729-3814, the operator says are you calling about your Jeep, I said no and then said what type of vehicle do you have, I said an Acura MDX, then I asked what is the name of this company and was disconnected. I tried calling back several times and the scenerio was the same. Finally, a girl said the company was Dealer Services and she, too, hung up. I found it strange because I was initially contacted several months ago and almost bought the warranty which was approx. $2,500.

For 6 months I have received calls from multiple numbers saying my warranty on my Ford Edge is running out and this is my final call and last chance to keep my warranty. It started with actual people calling, I would answer and say I have never owned a Ford Edge. They would then tell me they will put that in the notes and that would be the end of it. At least for a few days or a week or two. Then the calls would start again. It has turned into an automated recording tell me my warranty is ending and if I answer then I'm transferred to an actual human being. I don't know what else to do. I've signed up for the Do Not Call registry. But its been 6 months and I'm at the end of my rope.

They call repeatedly stating they are making a final offer on an extended warranty for a vehicle I don't even have. However, they do have my correct name and number. They have called about 9 times and I always ask to be removed from the calling list and clearly that does't happen.

They call and identify themselves as Dealer Services. In my case, I have recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma (2014). Not sure on how they got my information like email, phone number and make and model of recently purchased vehicle but Dealer Services claims to represent Toyota's vehicle's warranty department. They say that they will extend your factory vehicle warranty and by paying this amount today using a credit card you will be entitled to the many free promotions. They constantly insist on credit card information and say that if you don't make the deal today the promotions will expire.
