Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

We received a random voice call from specifically a woman (unidentified). The woman wanted to provide us with ink/toner services but I declined. After several times of trying to convince me and several times of me declining to establish business, she assured me that she will send one cartridge over as a complimentary sample, without any purchase or contractual obligation. We received this free sample. Weeks, maybe even a month later, we received three toner/ink cartridges addressed to our company from with Tower Imaging. So we addressed the matter of receiving these three toner/ink cartridges as we do not have any business relationship with Tower Imaging, the delivery was both unsolicited and unexpected. Vince Davis later followed up with a conflicting claim, stating it was a “buy three, get one free” deal—an arrangement that was neither disclosed nor agreed upon, reinforcing the deceptive nature of this interaction. We contacted them to inform them that we are returning the cartridges to their listed California address at our own expense, documented. Letting them also know we have no interest in, nor have we ever had, a business relationship with their company. Approximately three months later, after the matter had seemingly been resolved, they contacted us again with an invoice claiming they had issued a "rebate card" for $25.00. They requested that the amount be returned, even though it was explicitly stated as a thank-you card, which did not require repayment. A rebate and a thank-you gift are two distinctly different offerings. Despite this, they have continued to reach out persistently. Considering the circumstances and the stress we experienced, we will not be providing any further information, including our business card details.
