During my membership, I was repeatedly confronted with instances where the platform's actions were not only misleading but also psychologically unethical. While I understand the presence of disclaimers, it is deeply concerning that the company has admitted to intentionally withholding access to resources I had paid for. Despite promises of comprehensive training and support with the Annual Plus Membership, I found myself struggling to comprehend and cope with the platform's actions.
Key aspects of my grievances include:
1.Denial of Access: On multiple occasions, the company's actions directly hindered my progress in training modules, restricted my access to necessary resources, and impeded my ability to fully grasp the dynamics of live trading. These actions significantly hampered my trading experience and left me feeling ill-prepared.
2. Incomplete Training: Despite the company's assurances of providing comprehensive preparation for successful trading with the Annual Plus Membership, I discovered significant gaps in the training materials. These omissions left me ill-equipped to navigate the complexities of live trading, contradicting the company's promises and my expectations.
3.Delayed Access: Even when I was granted access to additional training modules two weeks after my initial request, crucial aspects of live trading were still not adequately addressed.
The Annual Plus membership, which was supposed to provide an advantage to investors as advertised, has left me at a disadvantage. The company's profit motives have compromised fulfilling the minimum expectations promised to members, leading to a significant gap between what was promised and what was delivered.
Given these circumstances, requesting a full refund of my invested money in your platform is only fair. Please consider my request seriously and respond promptly to rectify this matter.
