The company offered a $1.99 trial to use it one time. But unbenounced to me I was signed up for automatic debit and I cannot find a way to cancel it. The message I received said: We’re sorry for the inconvenience. We are working hard to provide you better service. Both Apple and Google enforce stringent controls over subscription and process refund procedures to ensure the protection of user privacy. I checked both my Google and Apple account and it was not charged through them. They have not returned my email since August 5th.

Regarding purchases made through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, we encourage you to check our refund policy on our website.
