I placed an order thinking it would be here for xmas but what a joke. I guess xmas for them must be in 2024.
i should have read all the reviews before placing an order.
Now i have been going back and forth via email to get my money back and they are not refunding me. I have started a claim to get my money back

The 1st picture I attached was what was advertised online.
The 2nd picture was what I actually received.
The lights weren’t even attached to the frame.
The cheap string of lights that were sent didn’t even work..

This is absolutely the thing that I’ve ever ordered online. I’ve paid $55 for a lighted heart picture frame that looks NOTHING like what they show online… the lights don’t even work & weren’t even attached to frame. I had to wait forever just to get it since it’s coming from China. And now they’re telling me I have to pay for shipping to send it back & maybe I can have 70 percent of my money back. This is ridiculous & absurd & definitely not how we do business in America. I have no problem sending it back but I’m not gonna pay for the shipping just to be out more money since they won’t even give a full refund anyway & either way shipping charges are NOT my responsibility for a defective item. That’s insane. And it’s made extremely cheap. Not sure why PayPal would back this company’s work & not give me my money back & shut this horrible operation down.-!

cuz if I had I could’ve spent my money with a reputable company because my daughter passed away & this was gonna be a mirage of her photos. I will be posting on every review site I can to try to stop any other customers from going thru what I am right now. I’ve disputed the charges thru PayPal & if that doesn’t work I will be disputing thru my bank. I simply attempted to have the company do the right thing 1st & that didn’t work out.-!

CUSTOMMAN STORE - SCAM - ALERT - REVIEW - BELOVEDGIFT - DISPUTE NOW

After immediately placing my order following the holiday rush, December 26, 2021 I contacted customman.store to change the item that was ordered. The item had font that was to be printed on a picture. One common sense word was spelled wrong "Your The Light Of My Life" was spelled "Your The Light If My Life". I asked for an immediate correction. The reply I was given was it was already in production. Now, considering I placed the order literally minutes before, of course it was not in production and they were out to immediately keep my money and didn't want to change the simple common sense error. I then asked for a refund in return since they wouldn't fix that. They continued to tell me that it would be a 30% restocking fee for materials.

Not sure what rock this company is living under, but this isnt how online buying works in 2022. This is a failing company that is looking for any reason to keep your money at the expense of the customer. They have NO NEED for you to be a return customer nor to they care.

I should have researched more on this poor excuse of a company
Ordered a Personalized Photo Moon 3D Lamp first off it is half the size they show and described. Second the lamp is a styrofoam, cheap sort of round ball. The moon it is not nor can it even be described as a lamp. I can barely make out a small portion of my photo and it in no way looks like the description they use in their ad for this product
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
It is made and shipped to you from China and I fell for purchasing this item as a gift for my son
And good luck to me demanding my money back from these crooks

I wish I would have read the reviews of this place BEFORE I placed my order with them. I ordered a Custom Photo 3D Lamp for my 2nd anniversary for my boyfriend. They hardly let you know anything while the order is being processed...unless you ask them. When I got my order, it came in completely wrong. It looks like a 2 year old worked on it. I am now going to report them to the ScamPulse.com and I have also disputed this charge with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!! If you value your money, save it and go elsewhere. This is an overseas Chinese company.

I don't even want to rate this review with 1 star.

They deserve maggots for a review.

What a ripoff. BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered the custom moon personalized item. It looks like a project completed by a 1st grader. I ordered the item on March 5th, it just arrived on July 20. What a piece of crap, that’s why its in the trash where it belongs.
