I bought an "earned your wings" shadow box with my family member's picture put inside back in March, 2026. I've contacted the company several times using the only email their site provides [email protected]

Their phone # 1 31 818 3475 is how it reads on their website. No address & they use "Shop" for tracking information.

I've asked for a full refund three times & not a single response. It's like I've been ghosted.
