I ordered a battery operated snow shovel. My credit card was charged, an email sent with tracking etc but never received the item. Company doesn’t respond other than with lies. Now their email doesn’t work! Do not ever use this site. Ad was on Facebook. When purchasing item it never tells you it’s coming from Hong Kong.

I have ordered a pair of sneakers and the order went through, I paid but nothing has been updated and did not receive my order, 750 gone just like that.

I have sent several emails and did not get any reply, Kindly assist if I will ever receive my money from this scammers.

Ordered a pair of skechers slip-ins relaxed fit from online store that appeared to be Dick's Sporting Goods. Order processed and charged on my credit card and tracking number issued. Order never came but their tracking said it was delivered. Have emailed several times but no response. DO NOT USE!

ShopLuluboutiques advertised as a clearance sale of LuLu lemon brand merchandise. Order was placed. Payment was processed by my bank. An order tracking number was provided. The order tracking number is not existent and only provides an error message with no additional information. I have been unable to locate any customer service information in order to request pay back or delivery. Order was placed June 20, 2024.
