I noticed a 9.99 charge on my bank account. I called the number associated with the charge and they told me that they would remove and cancel the charge, after I told them the first six digits and the last four of my card and the zip code for billing. I was hesitant and once I did so the lady said 'its canceled and you'll get a refund' then disconnected the call. I then called back and the man told me the company charging me was frndsprs.com so I went to the sight and called the number on the site. I got the same company I was originally calling. I asked the rep to tell me who was taking the 9.99 and they said that it was a third party online. I asked who was the third party. I was then advised that I would need to get a subpoena to get that information. I did not sign up for anything online I believe these people are charging my account without me receiving any product or even authorizing it!
