Ordered a foral blouse size 4. Received a blouse that had horrible material, scratchy & rough. The sizing was off. Blouse was probably a size 10. Made 3 attempts to return item.

All were ignored !!

I purchased clothing off of the curvedream.com website. I received no emails to confirm or update me about the order, and didn't save the final order page, so I have no order number or details. I received the clothing with no invoices. The clothing have no tags on them, and they are terrible quality. Most of them were 100% polyester, even though the website says Cotton. The return address does not say Curve Dream on it at all, instead it says: Keathers Fottyes 4520 Danilo CT, Chino CA 91710-0000. When I returned to the website to seek a refund, I found that the 'track my package' page does not work, thus I can't find an order number. (I didn't create an account when I checked out.) There is wordage that refers you to their customer service, to get help, but I can't find any contact except an email address, to which I got no response. I read other reviews that say they sent back the clothing and still got no refund, so I am hesitant to spend the money to even send them back if I ever do get a response. I used a credit card, so they have that information.

Ordered a sweatsuit. Curve Dream immediately took my money from my account and now will not respond to any of my questions and inquiries regarding where my product is. It was ordered on 01/17/25 and it is now 02/06/25 and they refuse to respond to me and I have heard nothing. I have now asked my bank to reverse the charges made on my card. Crooks like this need to be stopped!!!!!

The quality was poor. Did not look as advertised. To return very difficult. Obvious scam. May be using my credit card fraudulently. Will probably need to change my card due to scam.

I purchased clothing off a Facebook ad, called Curvedream. The merchandise arrived, the quality was not as depicted and extremely cheap, also the sizing was off by 2 sizes. I contacted them to return, as there was no information in the package. First they offered a $30 refund if I just kept the clothes. I said no and asked for the return address. Then then replied offering a $60 credit, but still no return address. I said no again, the 3rd email gave me the address. I sent it by UPS paying $14. I sent them a photo of the tracking receipt. They sent me an email today saying I could expect a refund in 15 days but UPS just called me and said the package was returned. This is not a legit company.

Purchased items from them that were far too big or far too small eg: L pants had a size 3 on their seam; Medium pant and top set had an extra large tag, and a blouse was of very thin material that might fall apart in one wash. Requested a full return minus shipping costs. They offered a third of teh refund and for me to keep the useless items. I requested a full refund and never heard back from them. I don't recommend buying from them.

Curvedream advertises on Facebook. I ordered two pairs of pants from the Facebook link. The pants they sent were not what I ordered. One pair was a completely different style and the wrong size. The other pair was the wrong size.

When I contacted their customer service I was offered $15, I paid over $50. I refused this offer. I was then offered $25 or a giftcard for the full amount I paid. I refused this offer saying I want the full amount I paid returned to my account. They withheld the address to which I was supposed to return the items until I responded to their offer. The address they finally provided for returns is different then the return address on their packaging. They also made me pay for return shipping, even though they offer free returns on their website.

I think they list the wrong return address on their packaging so that people return items to the wrong address.

The return address they provided me through email is:

But the address on their packaging says:
