I purchased a dress from Curve & Bloom online. The item I received was sewn into strange proportions, very tight in the shoulders and long arm length with very large cuffs on the dress. The dress was not true to size. After requesting a return, I was sent an email multiple times asking for different information each time. One email requested pictures of me wearing it and measuring it. Another email asked for the order number, which was at the top of the email! They have refused to process anything without all the information, including additional pictures that I’ve never had to do for a return. The email response seems like AI, so I don’t trust this company and I will be out the $68.00.
