Company claims to be in Nashville TN but is actually based out of the UK. Requesting that I take a photo with the item on even though it told them it does not fit. Requested a refund as the product has not been washed or worn and they are saying all they can do is exchange for a larger size if I pay the almost $18 delivery charge. They also said per their size chart, the dress is as described. I provided them proof that there is no size chart on their website and they are now ignoring my emails.
