Scam promised product delivered quarterly, they made no effort to contact about delay or cancellation of the product. Some have received product at random while other paying victims like myself haven’t even received confirmation about the product. Scammer seems intent on phishing money then cutting all contact hiding behind a “no refunds” policy

This company advertises on social media and other avenues as a subscription box company. They also have an online store of past and related merchandise. After purchasing about $200 worth of items, I received an order confirmation but never a shipping confirmation. I reached out multiple times to the email from the website/order confirmations and an email address listed on their social media account. The latter email created a “support ticket” but they never replied despite stating they would within 24 hours.

Charged customers for subscription box that was never delivered. Contacted customer service but was told there is a no refund policy. Even though item has not shipped 3 months later.
