I've emailed several times requesting information on the order I placed. I received what appears to be an automated response saying my "order ID will arrive shortly" but I never received it. I then requested that information along with tracking and have not received a response in 3 and 1/2 weeks. They took the money out of my account immediately and I haven't heard from them since.
