I purchase 2 items from this company online for $60 1st they tried to charge me $15 tax for a $60 order they refund me the $15 after I complained. Now on to the order which I placed almost 5 weeks ago and every time I contact the company they just keep telling me we are very sorry please be patient ,well it's been almost 5 weeks I have been patient I feel like this is a scam, they tell me that my items were in customs in Ireland now they're telling me that the items are coming from China and they have shipped . They can't refund me because they are in transit. Then why haven't I received the items, it's been 5 weeks. I think this is a complete scam. A honest company would have canceled the original order if it was lost in transit and give the customer the option of a refund or to reorder the products. They just keep giving me apologies.
