From a msn.com advertisement for "See the Best Pick For 2023 - Best Robot Vacuums (2023) was redirected to a consumer review FAKE website that showed the best rated and best value was Robo Vac Pro for a reduced amount of $69.99. There was an order button that redirected you to https://getrobovacpro.com/ . The website had a lot of work put into it to look real, but now that I go back and click on stuff and read the entire web page, I see that they just changed product name to Robo Vac Pro. This is supposed to be for a robotic automatic vacuum, but the "ABOUT US: says: Robo Vac Pro wants to make it easy and convenient to track your health and fitness journey. That's why Robo Vac Pro focuses on functionality and a simple but sleek design and interface, so anyone can easily learn how to setup and use it. BrightFire advertises their lighter is electrical and is USB rechargeable. They also state it is American made. The lighters I ordered arrived and are NOT USB chargeable, but need to be filled with butane gas. The lighters also arrived with a label “Made in China” along with instruction written only in Chinese.

THIS was send to me to return the Vacuum. I RETURNED the item which I had to pay $17. I spoke to customer service and she claim they did not get the vacuum which has been almost 2months. The order # is 1379946. Their email is [email protected]. She requested a tracking number from the POST Office which I cannot get .

Followed pop-up ad ( first mistake) for mosquito zappers in desperation. Found this company in a Google search and ordered from them. USPS Tracking number bogus, customer service email unsatisfactory responses. Please squash these scammers!

They offered a Blackbird 4k drone for $99. and another $4.99 for a carrying case and $27. 99 for warranty with the promise that it would be shipped within 2-3 days and delivered by 12/31/2022. They sent me a USPS tracking # but as of yet they have not delivered to the post office. I have sent numerous emails and they respond in carbon copy messages. I am not a happy person and would like action taken against this scammer so nobody else goes through this mess.

I ordered a blackbird drone4k on Monday December 12, 2022, and I received an order confirmation # 753949 in my e-mail that day. On the 13 of December I received an e-mail to let me know notification of shipment and tracking number from USPS # 9214490209140505823659. I tracked the order and it said label has been created and awaiting item, and I check every day and no movement. I called them on December 22, 2022 and Thay said that it will be delivered on Friday 23, 2022,it did not come and Thay would not answer my calls anymore.

Ordered products on December 7th 2022 after coming across an ad in a game. December 8th received an email from [email protected] giving me a tracking number for USPS. USPS never received package for delivery. On December 18th I contacted the company at the email given above, received no response. December 20th I called the company at 833 656-1790 and only received computer voice asking me to leave a message. December 23rd I contacted PayPal and filed a claim. PayPal asked me to wait until January to see if product arrived. Later the same day I received an email from PayPal saying they contacted the company about my concern. I received an email from [email protected] asking me to be patient that their warehouse was backed up with orders. This email had no personnel/contact or business name on email. It stated that my order would be given priority. I then received an email asking me to contact PayPal regarding a purchase denied. Stating--- Note from Catherine Villegas:

Your Payment of $399. 99 to TREND MICRO® LLC.

This is not a valid email from PayPal. The name is very similar to imoderntrends and my Gmail account is not used for PayPal. But imoderntrends contacted me at Gmail which I told them to email both my accounts. I would upload emails but it won't let me.

Was looking at drones with carrying cases on a website, they wanted my husband to confirm a payment before giving him a shipping fee so he backed out of the website. We got a notification of possible fraudulent charges from the 1st credit card they tried to charge. We cancelled that card, they actually called the credit card company trying to get our new card number, which they didn't get. They charged a 2nd card from a different company. We have been credited by our credit card companies pending investigation. I am not worried about the 1st credit keeping the refund in our favor since the were the ones to notify us of the fraud. They also got into our bank account through our PayPal account which PayPal is investigating and we have yet to be reimbursed. The are billing under several different company names, with several different phone numbers and two different email addresses. The products they have shipped, we have returned/refused to their address on their shipping label which shows a different company name of: Shipping Tech
