The Scammer came into our home and we went over the kitchen and its plans for a remodel. Moving the sink and also doing electrical. We were to receive new cabinets, counter top, back splash, sink, flooring, ceiling, and barn door. The scammer said he would need $4,400 for a down payment to order the items. Then he would need a starter fee of $4,700 on November 1, 2022. The scammer said the kitchen will be done the first week in November. It is now May 2023 and our kitchen is not complete. The scammer made lots of excuses why he could not come to our home to work. His truck was broken down, his knees were hurting, he did not have help, he was going to the doctors, he had a respiratoria infection. I looked him up on the internet and found plenty of bad news. He has been scamming since 1988. My scammer drove a Ram truck. We got three walls of drywall for 9,100. He is a good talker with a loud voice and he tells you anything you want to hear and when he gets your money he will disappear. We have been to court like many other families against him. All the families win in court but he does not pay anyone back. This has been going on in South Jersey towns for decades from this one man. Everyone does not understand the system and why its allowed to continue.
