I was using MONEX and my contact said we should transfer to Lumenote......I did trading and got my account up to $1.8mn USD. They changed their name to Crystal Best and their URL to Crystale.cc.......now I cannot trade, or withdraw...they wanted me to re-authenticate, which I did and when I attempted to withdraw funds they froze my account and wanted a 10% deposit for the amount of money I had in my account. I did not and will not send any more money
