I ordered the crumb pet tag to help ensure safety of my dog. They did not tell me they would automatically bill me per month. It seemed like a one-time deal. Not only did they bill me but they billed my checking account and PayPal account. When I tried to cancel on the website it had no place for me to cancel and when I chatted with an agent they couldn't help me.
