VICTIM WAS CONTACTED ON FACEBOOK TO INVEST MONEY IN CRYPTO CURRANCY. VICTIM INVESTED $10,000.00 AND WAS TOLD SHE COULD NOT TAKE OUT HER INVEST EARNINGS OF 1.5 MILLION WITHOUT SPEND MORE MONEY.
