Report

Irish men gave me low cost rebuild top of chimney, they worked 2 days and took the whole thing down without permission and told me i owed them $20,000.00 or they were gonna get my house condemed and kick me and my son out. I have the entire exchange on camera and filed with my local police depatment. I was never given a work order, itemized breakdown of the job. Nothing.
