Ripped off for 100.00

I’ve sent three emails to this company and received no response. I ordered a phone case. It didn’t fit. I wanted to exchange it but they didn’t respond, so i just reordered a new one thinking I’d return the other later. They charged for the new one- which never came and 3 weeks later still no reply to returning the first one. So I paid for 2 phone cases and got one that doesn’t even fit.

Don't Waste Your Time

I ordered a Google Pixel 6 Pro phone case from Cross Outdoor Gear weeks ago. I bought 2 days shipping. A week later, my tracking number still read "awaiting package dropoff to USPS", indicating that Cross Outdoor Gear had not even brought the package to the post office yet. I emailed 3 times over that week and was ignored each time. So, I filed a PayPal dispute. THE SAME DAY I filed the dispute, I get a "product shipped" email, indicating there was someone there all along to read the messages, they just didn't want to reply to my previous messages until I threatened to take my money back from them through PayPal.

Then, when the package does arrive, it doesn't fit my Google Pixel 6 Pro, the case is too short by about an inch. Again, no response to my email specifying that. I'm going to file another dispute with PayPal in the morning if they do not respond again.

I ordered a $60 carbon fiber case and received a rubber case 2 weeks later. They are not responding to emails. When I tried to leave a review which has zero reviews, it would not allow it.

I spent $49.99 on a new iPhone case from www.crossoutdoorgear.com. I received a confirmation email that I would receive it in 2 days. The product never shipped, they charged my credit card and have not replied to 5 emails. I don't believe this company exists and everyone should know this is a fraudulent company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I used crossoutdoorgear.com to buy 2 Daiwa life jackets last month on October 3, 2020. I never even received a tracking number or a response back via email from their customer service, since they still post no phone number. I just disputed the $269.90 I wasted, and it's November 6, 2020 today. Sometimes they use a sub name or subtitle, "Bass Fishing Pros," in attempt to trick you into thinking they're Bass Pros. They sent 2 robo-emails saying, "Sorry for your shipping delay. Here's a code to get 30% off our products today only. All orders have been shipped." It's got a picture of a girl in a bikini (that looks ripped off from another company) holding a fish, so maybe you'll get distracted and not remember your order is never coming. The first email came 2 weeks after the order. The second duplicate email came a month after the order. Still no response from customer service..

I purchased two items through this website on November 26/18. Received an email right after my purchase indicating the following:

Your order will be processed within 5 business days and shipped to you and arrive in approximately 7-14 business days.

It is now January 10/19 and I have still not received my purchase. I have emailed 3 different email address they have on their website and have not received a response back. I have messaged them on Facebook and still no response.
