I was looking for a good priced crockpot. I went to go purchase this one and it would not send the one time code to my phone so I could not complete the purchase. Then I went and took a look at the website name and it said 'crockshop' instead of crockpot but the website looks the same. Then I went to the real crockpot website and saw they do not sell it on their actual website, you have to find a retailer.
