I received a letter in the mail saying I would collect a life insurance policy from someone with the same last name as mine whom had no legal heir come forward after his death. He stated stipulations would be for me to contact him and to partner with him to claim the policy benefit as well as donate a portion to charity and then we would split the remainder of the policy 50/50.
