Endless phone calls. No messages left. Not that answer or respond to harassment. Credence needs to be stopped. Very suspect business practices. I say a class-action suit should be filed against them.

I wanted to report phone calls I have been receiving for months from Credence. I saw on TV Channel 19 to report scams. They call every day on my landline. Their name and number shows on my TV caller ID. Their phone number is 216-350-2374. I only answered one call. It was regarding an ambulance bill. I have not been in an ambulance for yrs. I don't have a bill. She wanted my name. I refused to give it. She refused to give any information. I hung up.

Been receiving strange calls from this phone number late at night and weekends. Its very persistent and I do not know who ita from but the caller ID states Credence. Looked the name in google and many reports from unwanted calls from this same "company" came up. It seems like a dept collector company; but the thing is, I do not owe money to any agency nor have loans or utilities under my name; everything is under my husbands credit and I only have one recent credit card which I do not owe any money and pay always on time.

I received a call on April 5th and the man wanted to know who I was - I asked who he was and he transferred me to A lady representive. She started asking me if I had back/neck problems and I said I do so she said she was going to send me a back brace to try out. I said I did not want it and hung up. later that day I received another call regarding the same product. I then called the trade commission and spoke to a lady who assigned me a reference number 132564236. She said if I received anything to not open it and send it back. I have got several calls since. I then received a letter from Experian on 6/18 and they detected a large volume of calls on the account - they asked me to call about the fraud alert. I have changed my phone number and have since received 18 calls from different numbers
