The items were represented as handmade in the US. What I received did not in any way resemble the picture or description—was cheap and obviously mass produced. When I asked for a return address it was a location in China, no address available in the US. The China address made returning these items prohibitively expensive. They did offer a voucher for a future purchase but their catalogue only shows 6 items and why would I buy anything from them again after they sent inferior product in the initial order?
