I purchased a pair of shoes, and was surprised it was shipping from an international location as the tracking information showed updates of going through customs. When I received them, I noticed they were very poor quality, did not look like the same materials as shown in photos, and were EU sizing instead of US sizing as purchased. I tried to return the item, but I was quoted over $100 to ship the package back (more than the cost of the item) and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

Ordered linen pants and pair of shoes on line at the COVE and Clive website (CoveandClive.com). States they were having a sale in their Jackson Hole store. Had a special price …. The more you order the better the sale. Ended up getting two of the same shoes. Sent email immediately afterwards to [email protected] to cancel one pair of shoes. A customer service representative got back with me the next day. Said it was too late to cancel. Ask me to email back when merchandise arrives. Came from someplace in China. Took 9 business days. Merchandise was crap. Not even what was pictured. Not linen pants or leather shoes like stated. Customer service emailed a form and return instructions TO CHINA at my expense. Impossible to figure out.
