They pretend to give classes at fixed price. Then they start to take money randomly. Worst even, if you change your visa card with your bank, Visa transfer the new card information to the scammer automatically. You have to call your bank to explicitly ask Visa to stop transferring the information automatically. If you don't, the scammers still have access to your new visa card
