I sent a total of $680 via cashapp to various people at the request of @BillyStamps on Telegram to purchase some products. @BillyStamps used Courier Priority to ship my products, I used the tracking number and seen that my product was on hold Courier Priority says that I need to pay $250 for insurance fee. Since this fee wasn't previously mentioned, @BillyStamps agreed to pay half and I sent $125 to a cashapp account set up by Courier Priority, the next day I receive a email from [email protected] stating that I need to pay a additional FDA fee of $100-$400 in order to get my package delivered. I then felt scammed and that @BillyStamps and Courier Priority are working together.
