Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
The Issue: I ordered ElyCura brand patches (Kudzu ingredient). I received a different brand, "Laniska" (Turmeric/Mint ingredients).
Merchant Bad Faith: The merchant refused a full refund, falsely claiming in an email that the product was "opened and used significantly."
Evidence Provided:
Photos of 6 factory-sealed, unopened Laniska packages.
Email thread showing the merchant’s false claims and refusal to provide a return address.
Screenshot of the merchant's advertised "100% Unconditional 30-Day Guarantee."
Requested Action: Full chargeback of the transaction amount as the merchant is not honouring their own return policy and sent a substitute product.
