I purchased a coat through wright-mason.com. The coat that was delivered did not match the picture at all and was in very poor quality. When I tried to return it I was told I could keep it and they would give me 10% of the value of the purchase back. This went back and forth in many emails, with the percentage increasing to 20%, 30%, and then 40%. When I pressed for a full return, I was provided an address in China that is listed as a scam address on line. I was told I needed to pay for the full return to China and once received it would be examined and there was a chance I would not receive any refund based on their evaluation.
