My husband and I ordered around $150 worth of merchandise and expected delivery within a week as promised. When package didn't arrive, we contacted customer service and received an email back from Ashley saying her boss, Karen would contact within 3 business days. The number is now disconnected and the website is gone. I checked my transaction record and discovered they'd charged me TWICE ($139.67 and $174.67). Neither of the charged amounts equaled what we authorized l. Filed a dispute with my bank, calling Florida's Attorney General for formal complaint. [censored] these guys- what goes around, comes around...

I ordered almost 90 dollars of stuff from them because they said fast shipping and it was reasonably priced for a party. Have emailed and called with no luck. I guess I got a big fk U.

I ordered $118.00 in products from cougars dungeons site and never got anything for my money ,tried to contact them by phone by email by messages and nothing but bs saying they are putting a team right on the problem and still nothing they are a scamming company do not trust or buy from them !

Was told one to two weeks for processing and shipping. Never got anything and am now out $40. Labeled as cheaper and it was. Got little contact plus they tried to take out $600+ from my account. Luckily I don't keep much in that one.

I ordered a doll and got pieces of trash in the that had nothing to do with my order
I've emailed them 5 times and get the same stupid response from a Ashley, stating it was a mistake and that the manager Karen would be contacting me and nothing
When you call it rings 3 times and it hangs up
This a total fraud may they rott in hell

I ordered 2 items that require batteries and received 2 rubber fingertip type things. I called 7 times and can't get thru and sent 6 emails one of which only offered me a 40% off my next purchase.

Total rip off! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I basically got robbed they never sent the product I ordered I tried reaching out by phone number and it's bogus I tried emailing, and "Ashley stated she spoke to her manager and she will issue a refund for $82.46 on 09/27/2022 i never received it of course I tried contacting them again only to be ignored this company is a scam

I bought 2 dolls for a reasonable price and everything was going fine. I got daily updates and when they finally arrived it was trash. A Literal garbage quality vibrator and a string. I've spent weeks trying to contact them, but they'll send you too, Ashley and that b[censored] won't ever help you. Karmas a b[censored] tho. Hope they enjoy that hurricane.

Placed order with them and everything seemed good until I received email saying my package had been returned due to insufficient address. When I email and asked they apologized and asked for address again so they could re-ship. I complied and that is last I heard from them except for the same canned response everytime I email them and I have dozens of times.

I ordered a product 2 weeks ago and after 2 days they claimed that my product had been shipped. After 3 more days I started tracking my product with the tracking number I was given. After another week and a half, 3 days past my latest arrival date USPS is still waiting to receive my product. I've emailed them 3 or 4 times and haven't gotten a reply, and when I try calling it repeats the same message 3 times then hangs up. I spent $100 on my order and am now talking with my bank to get a refund and report them for fraud. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THRU COUGARS DUNGEON!

This business claims to sell "adult toys" at a cheaper price. It is a switch and bait trap. They stay in contact with you until the FAKE product is delivered then no chance of you getting back in touch with them at all. The number they give has a message three times then hangs up

I have to press a fraud charge with my bank to get my money back.
