The 100th Call from "Costco" local phone number saying they want to give me a $500 Costco Travel credit voucher.

- Beaverton, OR, USA

Both numbers called me, first one 2971 was a costco voucher and the second one 4451 was credit card debit.

Recorded caller says they are from Costco and they are thanking for inquiring about there travel plan...which Costco does not do cold calling...also I am not a Costco member. Also I do recieve many calls from them...probably using multiple phone numbers.

A local number called automated message says it's Costco and they have chosen me for a $500 voucher, I knew it was scam cause I've never shopped at Costco. I've told them to remove my number via their menu and they call back about a week later same thing different number. I even tried talking to someone to tell them to stop calling me they said they'd fix it and hung up. A week later they called again same scam different number

They said that I was a member of Costco and also said that I won money.

I am Costco shopper and had recently been shopping there. I received an email and it said from COSTCO and if I took a survey about Costco I would receive a 50.00 reward from them. The survey asked legit questions about my shopping experience. Then it let me choose a product and I chose a skin cream called AVILA serum. It said all I needed to pay was 4.95 for the shipping. Still thinking it was Costco I readily agreed to try the cream for 4.95. NO WHERE IN THE EMAIL DID IT EXPLAIN THAT THIS WAS A 14 DAY FREE TRIAL AND YOU WOULD BE CHARGED 98.41 after 14 days. I would have never agreed to it. I realized this was a scam right after I ordered and my phone rang and a foreign person called to ask me to order again? I realized I had been duped. I never received the product and 14 days after I ordered I was charged 98.41 from ALTARJU divinity. I googled the charge and it was for the face cream I had ordered. I called the CS number and reached a rep quickly, I explained to her that I never received the order and that I never agreed to sign up for a monthly charge. She insisted that the post office had confirmation of receipt of a package and I did indeed sign up to receive monthly shipments of this cream at 98.41 a month. I explained I didn't sign up for that over and over. She read through a script and hung up on me. I called back and was told the same thing. The reps were rude, the second one hung up on me. I called back a third time and got the same girl. She read her script and hung up on me again after she said my other shipments were cancelled. I called back a 4th time and finally spoke to another girl who got me a supervisor who kept telling me that I agreed to this. I told her I was contacting my bank and the BBB she then offered me A 30% refund. I said fine but I'm still calling them. She then offered me a 50% refund. I said sure I'm still contacting the BBB She then put me on hold and came back and said I would be refunded. So I have to wait and see if they are actually going to refund me. I went back to the email and clicked the link because I wanted to see for myself again that it didn't say this was going to be charged monthly. The link is unavailable
