I placed my my order. Paid With PAYPAL got my order confirmation and tracking number. After about 13 days it said delivered but I never got it. It said it would be delivered by Canada post. I. Checked with Canada post and they had never heard of or seen my package. When contacting the costumer service department I was told it had been delivered. When I said wasn’t delivered they replied with they had sent the wrong package and if I sent that back they would send the right package I have asked for my money back several times but they just responded with, I need to send back the 3D glasses they sent by mistake and then they will send correct package.

On Facebook it appears as a CostCo ad, selling overstock plant boxes through warehouses in US with a 3-5 day shipping time. When I ordered, it said it was a Plantbox Store and they never came. When checking tracking it appeared they were stuck in TX, then they gave an updated tracking number that was global tracking, back and forth with emails, long story short they said item was delivered. Three planter boxes weren’t delivered, they said they made an error and mailed me sunglasses instead and want me to find the order. The way they described it, they’re not from the US. They kept telling me they shipped my order through the mail, that my neighbors must have signed for them, etc.

Acting as a Costco affiliate on Facebook. Advertised an electric e-bike as "overstock". Took debit card payment. Gave fake tracking info. Never delivered order. Sent a different product and asked for return shipping and 40% return payment. I ceased emails after this.

I got an email showing it was from Costco. It was saying that I have won a product to use. All I need to do is pay for the shipping. So I thought since it was from Costco it would be okay to buy. I did read the email. There was no price listed nor did I see any subscription to buy. When they called me they demanded that I pay them. She was saying that I was one month overdue for canceling the subscription. I didn't know what she was talking about. So I had to ask questions about what she was saying. Since I was late I have to pay double because they have just sent out another order. I told her that I did not take out a subscription. She said that I did. You didn't read all the e-mail. If you did you would have seen it. She told me that it was way down in the e-mail. I told them that I would refuse and resend the item back. She said that I couldn't do that. I ask for them to send me proof of the email. They couldn't or would not do that. I have to pay for it. She gave me a four-digit number saying that it was mine. She tried to send it through the bank but they rejected it. I did not have a card having those numbers. I asked where did you get those numbers? She said that she couldn't tell me but it has my name on it. She still demanded I pay her. I told her that I didn't have that kind of money. She told me that it was your problem. I told her to call me back the next day around noon. I will then tell her what I will do. I did tell her that I would pay half to see what she would say. She said NO! She would not take half of the money. She demands all of it. That's when I hang up on her. I knew then that it has to be a scam.

She did tell me that she was in St. George, Utah. I got two phone numbers. (1) 844-477-1099 (2) When I didn't answer the first call, they switched over to our state number 405-587-9149. People will answer it that way.

I just got a voicemail from her this morning. This call shows its coming from Lindsay, Ok., phone # 405-963-2474

Was given an offer for a reclining couch due to pandemic Overstock (they said) $69.99 and with shipping and handling $99.99. Put in order. It comes up as beautytestbox.com on my receipt. Tried to contact to get refund and no response and now website shut down.

I got an email from costco offering a $500 gift card if I answered a brief survey, after answering the survey I was told I would be winning a TV I just needed to put in my address and my Costco card. Totally a scam. I deleted the email, but I just wanted to make sure others knew about it too.

The scammer is on Facebook selling fireplaces using Costco name. With prices for a fireplace for 66-68 dollars. They made a post on Facebook advertising the fireplace for a low price.

This website is showing signs of fraud. The products prices just don't add up. Plus the website states their headquarters are in Boston, however there is no address. There is no phone number or full physical address on this website. Per WhoIs.com, the website domain was registered on 4/17/2021; updated on 11/23/2021; and expires 4/17/2022.

I answered an ad on a gaming app on my cell phone for a 4-wheel mobile scooter. They pretended to be COSTCO online I knew it wasn't COSTCO, but I paid through paypal and had second thoughts about doing so.

Then I decided COSTCO should know about the website and if it is FRAUDULENT take it down and stop the adds.

I received this text message a few days ago: "Costco: (My name), your code 01569 printed on your receipt from 16 came in 1st in our EarPods raffle." It was followed by the this link," f5gxo.info/SB8pPpbdBk." The problem here is that I've never been in a Costco in my life.

Received a text from 773-838-9564 that read “Costco: (my first name), your code 90349 printed on your receipt from 19 came in second in our EarPods draw: then there’s a link that was f5gxo.info/SB6JLNsBWS.” When I clicked link, they asked me to do small survey about our Costco experience and then asked for edit card info to pay for shipping of prize. I called Costco to verify and was told it was a scam.

I have received several spam emails claiming to be Costco over the past couple of weeks. This is a scam! The eails are not from Costco. I can not opt out. And when I send an email to their email address, it comes back as undeliverable.

I received an email it looked like coming from Costco about a customer satisfaction survey. I have been a long standing customer of Costco sdo I filled it out and gave them top scores. After I finished a window came up telling me I won a prize. I had a choice of about 6 different items and I picked CBD Tincture, the selling price was $119 but it was my free prize.I said all I have to pay is freight. I trust Costco so I gave them my credit card. On 6/11 I got three charges on my Costco credit card, one for brain booster, $6.95, one for hyper mass, $6.97, one again for brain booster $6.97. I called the number 866-253-3547. I was told It was for the price I won from Costco and I signed up to pen an account. I was stunned and no idea what they were talking about, I had no intention to open an account anywhere. I asked for the name of the company I was supposed have opened an account. They could not tell me the name, all they repeated I signed up for it. By then i new it was a scam I just could not understand how Costco would get involved with people like that. I told I’ll call Costco to find out. I told them to close the account I apparently opened. They said they would and give me credit for $119. I could not figure out how I’d get credit I had not paid anything other than shipping for a free product. The only statement I had was closing 6/23. I called Costco up and they told me it was not them, is is a scam. I called Visa up and they told me they could not credit my account for the above 3 charges since I signed up for it. I told them I was convinced I was dealing with Costco, they said I signed up and they could not help me to call you.

This happened in May and I did not keep the information like address etc.. I figured if I need it I’ll call Costco, the reason for not knowing allot he information you were asking. About all I have it the NC phone number which was on the statement.
