The website stated about 2 weeks ago it was $550 for the services and a payment plan is available. I called the number provided on the site 770-525-1330, this is a pre-recorded message. Then, I filled out the application online and was contacted through email: Case Manager [email protected] and by phone to contact John back at 682.514.6988. When I was on the phone he said they were not doing payment plans and needed to be paid in full due to people not keeping up with the payments. The money was sent through cash app and was said it was safe an secure. The pre recording said I did not need to do or worry about anything and the leaser will do all of the leg work on my behalf where this has not happened at all. I am doing all of the work. All John keeps repeating is keep trying. I informed him I dont have 1,000s of dollars to waste trying to find a place for multiple application and admin fees and he is suppose to do this for me.He was to find the place and all I was to do was pay the needed fees not hunt around myself. I was informed there was to be a packet provided in an email with information and he has yet to provide a packet. John said If you cannot find a place in 30 days you will get your money back. ! am constantly having to call and ask questions about what to do and how to, etc. He is not available 24/7 nor is there anyone to speak with 24/7 per the website and the pre-recording. He has blocked the numbers I have called from because I requested my money back for the services which were to be provided are not being done. I should not have to keep calling him for information. He was stunned at some of the information I was being asked to provide for a place. The chat box says there is no one available and the message with my name and email will be checked then a response will be sent to my email.

I was interested in this company’s services due to a recent eviction. I paid to start the process, and the same day I requested a refund. I was suspicious of fraud/scam. I’ve been given the run around for over a month now that someone would get back with me. Unfortunately I’m out of $100, and my information has been submitted to them.
