Reporting a phone call this morning from 360-873-0281 stating he was from Cornell & Associates Mediation. He said I owe $4286 for an unpaid bill to Health Management. He said the company phone number is 855-563-0142 but would not give me an address for the business. When i asked for the address, he hung up and said the company would proceed with a wage garnishment and ppwk would go before a judge this afternoon. i am assuming it is a scam since he would not give me the address. But unsettling because he had my social security number.
