I was contacted by mail. I was told that I prequalified for a low interest loan of up to $18000. After calling I was informed that I fail to Qualify due to credit issues an was presented their option to get me great credit. It was explained in a haste and a lot of key details and very important factors were left out. Once payments began there is no Refunds given. This was not told to me in our initial conversation. I discovered this through research of my own. I called three days later to cancel and was disconnected once i mentioned that my call is being recorded.
