Greedy Scam Artist

Christopher Nicolais dba Copper Roofing illegally obtained a contract with me as he was not licensed in the state of Louisiana at the time I signed. He put a lien on my home recently. I am going to have it removed and sue him for all fees including attorney and harassment plus pain and suffering. He’s wanted in several jurisdictions and was denied license renewal in Louisiana. Run far away from him or better yet call the police so he can go back to jail where he belongs!

Copper Roofing, LLC is an out-of-state fraudulent contractor service. They are preying on the elderly/non-English speaking persons who have damage from Hurricane Ida. Copper Roofing will give you an estimate which you think is free but equates to a contract if you don't read the fine print. They want to bill the insurance company for repairs that they did not perform and loss that did not occur. They make lofty promises and even say that the customer will get thousands back and all you have to do is pay the deductible to Copper Roofing.

Even though no work was done and no money was exchanged, when we went to cancel, Copper Roofing's owner Christopher Nicolais threatened to send the invoice to collection and put a mechanical lien on the property. Do not sign anything from Copper Roofing, LLC or give them your business.
