I responded to an internet add for a device to stimulate weak or atrophied mussels and placed an order. Nowhere in the add did it indicate that the product was made in China nor did the add indicate that the product should NOT be used by anyone with a pacemaker or metal stint in their heart. In addition, it was presented as coming from a company named Hilpert here in the USA. After receiving the product, the manual stated that I could not use it for the above stated reasons. I was unable to locate any contact information until I received my credit card bill which had a number for me.

When I contacted them to return the item the stated that the would send an email with return instructions. I did not receive any communication for several days. When I finally received their email, it stated that I would have to return it to an address in China and at my own expense. In researching return postage, the lowest return cost was over $100 for an item that cost me $79.98. When speaking to the representative they were of no help.
