Construction Kings was hired back in May 2025 to build a deck and wheelchair ramp and deck cover and cement patio and pathway and ada accessible door. This was for the benefit of my brother in law Travis Gunderson in which my husband Todd Gunderson and myself are legal guardians. We provided Construction Kings a total of 50,000 deposit for this project from my brother in laws trust fund. They started deck framing in February 2026 and then quit working March 2026. We are still missing over 25,000 in materials needed. Zak Nash who is the owner of Construction Kings is a thief and is stealing from multiple families.

I signed a contract for the contractor from Construction Kings to install a patio cover attached to my house with shingles and and electric package for 52,742.00 dollars. I gave Construction Kings a cashier check for 26371.00 dollars. They never started the install on this contract. I tried reaching them at (253) 263-3384 but they have not returned my calls and appeared to have disconnected their contact number.
