Voicemail was left on my phone. I have my calls screened and this is the message that was left on my phone.

"You, I was trying to reach ........., This message is intended for ........ This is Mark Powell calling you on behalf of Ohio State processing. So we were calling here to inform you the office of Connors and Moore requested to file a notice of intent for a civil judgment through Van Wert County. So once the motion is filed, they do dispatch out one of the couriers. Normally they go to either a place of employment or the address on state route ..7. For any questions you have, you can contact the filing party directly at 888-460-3020. The reference number is gonna be N, like November. B, like bravo. 42324. Thank you."
