Use this company at your own risk. They took my money and never did Credentialing for me. They are scammers. Please don’t use them. They won’t answer your phone after you pay them. I talked to a guy called Ryan and a lady called Jade very fake. Please healthcare workers don’t use this company.

This scammers by name CONFIDO RCM LLC are impostors and not who they claimed to be. They are not offering the service they claimed to offer.

HARASSMENT-They admitted to it, and continue to message

They have messaged me multiple times after having said they will put me on the Do Not Disturb. They admitted through messages that they have harassed me, and want to just say sorry to have it over. They continue to send inappropriate messages, and this is very scary to think they can convince people they have an actual company.

This company is a complete scam. We paid them to do Credentialing for our company not only did they take the money out of our account two times but the person that originally contacted us, Eric and the person that was supposed to be working on our Credentialing Shawn stop communicating. We hired them over two months ago, and none of our credentialing is done. We are out of thousands of dollars and do not have not one application processed. Please stay far away from them. We now have attorney fees because we are filing a lawsuit!

Unresponsive Credentialing Service Confido RCM

Upon initiating a credentialing process for two insurances with Confido RCM (FKA Credibilis) on April 24, 2023, there has been a complete lack of communication from their end. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, responses remain elusive. Furthermore, their new associated entity, Confido RCM, also remains non-responsive, even beyond their stated one-business-day reply window.

Red Flags:

Lack of Communication: After initiating a service and payment, no updates or communications are provided, leaving customers in the dark.

Unresponsive Contact Points: Multiple attempts to communicate with primary contacts and general company emails have proven fruitless.

Possible Shell Companies: The emergence of an associated company (Confido RCM) without any discernible difference in service or responsiveness raises suspicions.
